Here’s the recipe: (makes one serving)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
For chocolate version you can add two tea spoons of good quality cocoa powder.
